A modern and lovingly furnished penthouse (completed and opened in 2022) with beautiful views over the natural fishing village of Petriti to the Greek mainland. The furniture and furnishings were hand-picked and are local to the island. The space Access to the apartment is via the main entrance. On the first floor is the penthouse. Through the door you enter the large living room from which your own outdoor area can also be reached. The sun terrace with a view over the entire village to the Greek mainland invites you to linger. An umbrella as well as a fly screen on the door and seating are of course available. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, Senseo coffee pad machine (biodegradable pads), kettle, fridge-freezer, selection of tea bags and coffee pads, dishes and cutlery, as well as cooking pots, cooking utensils and children's dishes/cutlery). Dish towel, sponge and cloth are renewed with each move-in. From the kitchen you enter a small hallway from which the bathroom and the bedroom can be reached. Bed linen and towels provided. Every fourth day there is an apartment cleaning (wiping floors and bathrooms, changing towels, changing bed linen) by a cleaner. The bright bedroom overlooking the sea leaves nothing to be desired with a large bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe (sufficient hangers available), standing mirror and dressing table. The spacious living room with sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places on request. The modernly furnished daylight bathroom with a large open shower and stone sink completes the style of the apartment. The entire penthouse is equipped with sufficient sockets and USB-A sockets. There is also free parking and Wi-Fi (with approx. 35 Mbps). Two air conditioners ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in hot outdoor temperatures.
