Spend your vacation in this off-grid cabin on 23 acres overlooking Pleasant River Lake. 1 California King bed , 1 queen bed and a couch with 2 reclining backs. Access to the lake for paddleboarding, kayaking, or canoe. 40 minutes to Cherryfield and Milbridge, 1 hr drive to Ellsworth and Bangor, and 1.5 hrs to Mount Desert Island and Bar Harbor. Bring a book or your favorite playlist and your beverage of choice and relax. You'll enjoy amazing sunrises from the deck of this two-floor cabin with well, septic, fridge, bathroom, gas stove and oven, and the best view around. The kitchen, dining, living room, and bathroom are on main floor. Bedroom and laundry upstairs. The sunsets aren't half bad either. You also have access to miles of trails throughout the state. Bring your ATV or side by side and you can get to just about anywhere. Minimal light pollution makes stargazing a hobby that never gets old. Watch for satellites zipping by and definitely keep your eyes peeled for shooting stars. Leave your phone inside or download an app to spot the planets and find the Milky Way. Guests have access to main floor and upstairs. 23 acres to explore but please be mindful of neighbors. There is also beach access. Directions in welcome binder. Do not enter crawlspace or carport. I'll be available through the app with any questions. Lake access and ATV/side by side trail access 4x4 is recommended to get to the house at the top of the driveway. Parking is available at bottom, but it is about a 1/4 mile walk up hill to the house. It is a dirt road and also fairly steep dirt driveway. 4x4 is recommended. There is room to park at the bottom but is about a 1/4 mile uphill hike.
