Garden Rock

Welcome to Garden Rock, centrally located at 5 minutes from Gustavia and Saint Jean, in the heights of Anse des Cayes below Quartier du Roi, with sea view. Garden Rock is a spacious one bedroom condo, with a large living room, a covered terrace, and an open deck. Breakfast for two and a mid-week cleaning are included. We require a 3 night minimum stay, and 10 night minimum during high season NON NEGOTIABLE. The space Garden Rock is fully air conditionned, with mosquito nets on every window, and fans if you prefer a seabreeze atmosphere in the apartment. The separate bedroom is ideal for a couple and features a very comfortable queen size bed with mattress topper, featured with high quality Tuscan linens and pillows. The living room sofa can be pulled out into a comfortable queen sized sofa-bed with a thick latex mattress. The terrace has a ceiling fan and is furnished with 2 tables and 8 armchairs, suitable for hosting lunch and dinners.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional Lacanche gas stove oven, microwave oven, Miele washing machine, blender, and Nespresso machine. The television comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and the French television service Orange. The bathroom is large, tiled in authentic Mexican tiles, and has a rainfall shower faucet. Garden Rock directly overlooks the shared swimming pool, with a twenty-step staircase leading straight to the water. Garden Rock has one designated parking space, which is space number 38. Guest access Once you have settled your reservation, we will send you a detailed e-mail with the information necessary to access Garden Rock. Arrival is detailed by a photo step-by-step itinerary. Other things to note Water is a precious resource on the island, as there is no natural water source on the island. Most of the water comes from a desalination plant. Please limit shower and sink usage accordingly - the dish washer uses much less water than handwashing. Please only put toilet paper into the toilet. We have had serious problems in the past concerning the water system of the building. The backyard deck is a lovely feature, but please try to be discreet and take heed of the presence of our neighbors. Loud music and raucous parties are prohibited. Any incurring complaints will be discussed. As we have only one parking space, due to the size of the parking lot, please respect the allotted parking space, which is number 38. You may only use this space - two cars will not be possible. If you receive guests, they may use one of the two guest parking spaces; however, this space is not to be used for over 24 hours. Car rental - Garden Rock has a deal with AVIS car rental for preferential fees depending on the season, outside of Christmas and New Year. Please ask us for more information.
