It located located near Preston City Centre, UCLAN and the train station and ideal for 6 guests. The property has high-speed Vodafone internet, on-street parking, a functioning dining table and chairs and an equipped kitchen for our guest and small yard. The space The house has recently been renovated to a very high standard and has all the equipment for a wonderful stay. The living room has a Smart-TV, sofas and accents chairs for the comfort of our guests! The hallway leads to the first downstairs bedroom, the lounge leading to the kitchen area. The kitchen has the dining table and chairs, fridge, utensils, cutlery and dining ware. Upstairs has the two double bedrooms with double bed and has a lot of space for your luggage. The landing has an ironing board for the guest to utilize and a utility room which can only be accessed by the cleaner. The renovated family bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet. There is an on-street parking outside the front of the property and backyard for our guest to utilize all year round. Guest access Guest can access the property using a key-safe on the entrance of the property.
