No cameras are inside the home. 👟 Shoes-Off Policy To help keep the home clean (especially for families with crawling infants), we ask all guests to remove shoes indoors. We do not provide refunds or booking changes due to snow, weather, or travel delays. For peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting Airbnb’s Trip Insurance during checkout (usually under $50), which covers cancellations due to illness, storms, or other unexpected issues. 🔥 BBQ Grill Use A propane BBQ is available for your use along with propane gas. Please clean the grill after use — a $50 fee applies if left dirty or greasy. Also, please ensure no trash or food is left outside, as we share the land with wildlife (bears, deer, raccoons). 💰 Additional Cleaning Fees (Fair & Transparent) We strive to keep the cleaning fee affordable and aligned with normal use. Additional charges are only applied when the home is left in a condition that goes beyond reasonable expectations. This helps ensure fairness across all guests and keeps the space ready for the next stay.
