An extra charge (discounted rate) of P300 for the 3rd and 4th pax each for the entire stay. Direct payment to the host's Gcash account after booking confirmation. One (1) small pet is allowed and has to be registered with requirements. Guest access A maximum of 4 occupants (guests only) have access to the whole apartment, as well as the condominium amenities. These include: * 3 Swimming Pools (1 Infiniti pool, 1 lap, 1 kiddie) - 36th floor, SKY PARK. FREE USE. Maximum of 2 pax use for Infiniti & Kiddie Pools. "No Reservation". Unlimited time. Open daily from 6am-10pm. Lap Pool use "Needs Reservation". Maximum of 2 pax use for only 30 mins. maximum access is allowed. Open daily from 6am-10pm. * Gym - 37th floor. FREE USE. Maximum of 2 pax. "No Reservation". Open daily from 6am-10pm. * Park and children's playground. * Mall on Ground and 2nd floor (opens 10:00am to 10:00pm) * 24-Hrs. Convenient Store (7/11) on Ground Floor next to the Condominium Bldg. * Water Station near the Condominium Bldg. * 2 Function Rooms for events, parties, conventions, etc. * Recreation and Lounges We require the advance submission of the e-copies of each guest's ID and companions. Max. of 2 Proximity Card/Access Card issuance are allowed. Other things to note 1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE PROXIMITY/ACCESS CARD (PC) & SMALL PET. - Guest/s ID copy/ies with picture - Pet's picture and the picture of the updated anti-rabies vaccination card of the pet A. Access Cards A Proximity Card (PC) works to access the unit's elevators and amenities for the individual cardholder. A non-cardholder has to be accompanied by a cardholder. It is strictly "prohibited and illegal" to lend the access card to your companion/s (non-cardholder) to have access to the elevator and amenities. There is a huge penalty/fine for the violation. B. Card Issuance As per the condo management policy, we can only issue a maximum of two (2) proximity cards for the entire stay of the guests. We require the guest to pay P350 for the production cost of the 2nd guest's card. C. Card Payment - For Foreign Guests, payment for the card can be paid upon check-in. - For Local Guests, payment is via Gcash or bank transfer. D. Penalty LOST KEY & LOST ACCESS CARD PENALTIES: - Lost key, P1000.00 - Lost access card, P4000.00 (includes transport, affidavit of loss & processing fees) as we do not stay in the condo premises. - We require an immediate payment. 2. PET FRIENDLY - only allows ONE (1) SMALL PET. Not allowed in pool area and other amenities. With pet, use service elevator. 3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Standard check-in time is 3 pm. - Standard check-out time is 12 pm. - Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability with a 24-hour notice. Extra fee of P300/hr. 4. LUGGAGE DROP - Luggage drop off at the concierge is available. It will be stored in the Packaged Room, basement 1. Free for the first 3 hrs. Beyond 3 hrs, P500/day. You can collect the luggage at the storage/Packaged Room. 5. COMPLIMENTARY - We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. - We provide a one-time/complimentary essential kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper), water, and tea/coffee/creamer/sugar. 6. HOUSE SAFE/VAULT - Available in the unit to safekeep valuables such as passports, jewelry, etc. 7. HOUSE RULES - Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the apartment. The smell of smoke and litter inside the apartment will be charged Php 10,000. 8. VISITORS - Allowed as long as the occupants of the apartment at any time do not exceed 4 pax. These include guests and visitors in the count. Visitors are allowed to stay in the unit within 24 hrs. only. Otherwise, the concierge would require them to apply for a proximity/access cards with a P2k refundable deposit and P350 non-refundable production cost for each card. 9. PARKING OPTIONS Secured self-parking on site (PHP 600 per day; includes in/out privileges) Wheelchair-accessible and parking available. Onsite parking options include a garage FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Details are provided upon request. 10. EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEEDS Nearby is Centuria Medical Makati, a huge medical clinic & hospital which is a 1 min. walk / 74 meters away from Gramercy Residences. Emergency & Outpatient cases are all welcome!
