Luxury summer house by the sea

With only 20 meters to the water and a large jetty as well as a sauna and all amenities, this is the perfect place for one or two families to enjoy the Stockholm archipelago! The house is located on the east coast of Herrön, west of Muskö. You can get out by car. • Separate wood-fired sauna by the water and separate dock. • Isolated location • Large terrace all around the house. • Large jetty with included rowing boat with motor and canoe. • Reached by car, 50 minutes from central Stockholm. The space See photos where there is also a floor plan of the house. A total of 117 square meters with 4 bedrooms, 1 shower and toilet, complete kitchen, separate TV room, living room. The two larger bedrooms have separate doors out onto the patio. Bring your own bed linens. Duvets and pillows are in place. 2 double beds and 5 single beds. The toilet is a vacuum type to save space in the enclosed tank. The water in the taps comes from its own well and is drinkable, but is not always so good (works well for cooking). Therefore, municipal water is also available in a jug on site. Guest access The big house, sauna and the whole property are available. Otherwise, the right of public access applies, i.e. you can dock with the boat and stay on other islands and even camp if you want. There is a smaller log cabin on the property that is not available as we store things there during rental.
