This lovely property is in the lively hotel zone, an easy walk to the beach, groceries, historic center, bars, and fantastic restaurants. It is located on the beautiful Vidanta Golf Course and provides the best of both worlds - a quiet condo with just a few blocks walk to entertainment! Everything is walkable - no car needed! It's located in the Peninsula residential complex, second floor, with private gated security and free parking for one car. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler bag and umbrellas. You will find this complex clean, quiet and safe, with resort-like amenities. Guest access • Check in instructions will be provided a few days before arrival. • Please note this unit is on the second floor, there is no elevator. • The entire condo is yours. You may use the building’s rooftop deck area. • The property has a large pool, palapa and social area. Other things to note • The cleaning service will be provided after you check out. Any additional cleaning during your stay please arrange it at front desk with additional cost to the tenant.
