The space This stunning accommodation for students in Warwick, which opened in Autumn 2019, is set out in a stylish village format comprised of brand new, spacious townhouses with private lounges and grassed areas directly outside each house, all laid out around a central Hub building. The Hub is where our reception area is located, where the team will receive your post and parcels while you are out at university. 🛌 Private Bright Bedroom The ensuite bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and high-quality linen for you to sink into after a long day's sightseeing. There is a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and a comfortable chair. 🚿Private Ensuite Bathroom The room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and excellent water pressure. A complimentary starter pack of toiletries and white fluffy towels awaits you. 💻 Stay Connected Immerse yourself in seamless connectivity with our high-speed WiFi, making you stay effortlessly connected to work, entertainment, and all the online experiences you love. 🚗 Convenient Parking There is limited parking on site, on a first come first serve basis. The nearest paid parking is at University of Warwick CV4 8AH. 📚 Study or Pleasure? We have everything you need for a trip away or a study trip. It is in a perfect location for sightseeing or hitting shopping destinations. We also have a 24-hour guest experience team, so you can contact us at any time so we can ensure your stay is perfect. 👉 Guaranteed Availability We guarantee that the room will be available on your selected dates and we look forward to hosting you. :) Along with the onsite gym, cinema, gaming booths, entertainment areas, social spaces and study areas so you really do have all of the amenities you need on your doorstep, including onsite laundry, ample car parking, cleaner for all communal spaces in the townhouses, and lots of open space including a nature garden around the outside of the property. Other things to note ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be a charge of £25. For check-ins after midnight, there will be a charge of £50.
