This is a private house located in the center of David, Chiriquí. With easy access to the town by bus and taxi, as well parking for those who prefer to drive. Boquete is 45 minutes away, Cerro Punta is 1 hour 30 minutes away, and the Costa Rican border is 1 hour away. 10 minutes away from Federals Mall and 3 minutes from Central if you enjoy shopping. OBSERVATION: We, the property's owners, do not occupy the other residence, its empty. The space On a shared gated property, the guest house is a completely private area. You will enjoy a private entrance, a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (microwave, stove, and fridge), three bedrooms—two of which have air conditioning—one with a double bed, one with a twin bed, and one with a double and a twin size bed. Two bathrooms are located in the household, one of which is in the principal room. Internet access with a smart TV in the living room (It has Netflix, HBO, Youtube, and cable as well). Guest access You will have access to all places in the house, as well as full use of the garden and parking lots Other things to note We offer disposable and regular cutlery for your use according to your preference. Pets are allowed as the house has a large garden, however we encourage you to not let them get on the furniture. We appreciate you closing and locking all doors and the gate when you leave the property and taking care of not losing any keys. Please try to keep everything as clean as possible. Do not throw any food waste that could clot the sink or toilet. Turn off any electronic devices, such as the TV and air conditioning when leaving the house. In case of loss or damage to any item of the property, the person who booked must be responsible. Garbage is collected on Mondays at 10 am. We thank you in advance for closing the garbage bag. We kindly ask you to not leave any food or drink in the fridge after completely leaving the house. Smoking is not allowed.
