The space 1867 sq ft Ranch Style Home with lots of Space in a Quiet Family Friendly Neighborhood right outside of Lansing. Centrally located between Highways 96, 496 and 69. Enjoy this great place with lots of room for fun and water nearby to enjoy some Kayaking and Tubing in the Summer Months when not working. I do live in the Basement of the home w/my 18 yr old son (He is a College Student but occassionally comes home on the weekend). I also WFH 6a-5p Mon-Fri and have my office on main level of the home. Guest access You have Access to the Kitchen on the Main Floor of the Home and laundry room only in the basement. You can also utilize the outdoor space. There is also an extra refrigerator in the garage you may use to store food items. Other things to note Fire Sticks on all TVs in the home. You must sign into your own accounts. You must provide your own personal essentials including laundry soap, bedding and toiletries.
