Gas firepit and string lights on newly added patio for enjoying the outdoors and taking in the beautiful sunsets! Outdoor dining on the deck. Electric fireplace in the Primary Bedroom for those cool evenings. Guest access Entire home, deck, yard, etc.. Other things to note There is an open loft that has a full-size bed and mattress frame for additional sleeping accommodations. There is not enough room to stand-up in the space, but it has a comfortable hybrid (foam/coil) mattress that sits off of the floor on a 4" frame. Minimum age of guest booking is 25 years old, and they must accompany any guests under that age limit. There is a late check-out fee of $130, if checking-out later than 10am, due to the booking of a professional cleaner and guests checking-in the same day. If you require a late check-out for any reason, please let the host know at the time of booking to try to accommodate the request.
