The house Paralelo 28º is a renovated old Canarian house (hence its outstanding layout), located 5 minutes walk from the ocean and surrounded by volcanic mountains that you can walk through. The space The entire property is distributed on the ground floor. To access its private terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower you will have to go out through the living room of the house and go down three steps. The solarium area is located on the top floor, above the house. Guest access Our accommodation is totally private for our guests. Other things to note This accommodatio is located in La Aldea de San Nicolás, a town far away from the rest, which you have to drive along winding roads through imposing mountains to reach. So it is not the best starting point to get to know the island in a short time.
