Common Spaces to Enjoy-- Guests are invited to make themselves at home in the shared areas of The Guardhouse: • Expansive Living Room: Relax by the cozy log fire, play board games, or enjoy panoramic views of Lynn Canal and the surrounding mountains. • Glassed-In Front Porch: A sunny, inviting space overlooking the parade grounds—ideal for morning coffee. • Back Deck Retreat: Unwind with an evening cocktail, fire up the Weber grill, or simply watch the light shift over the water and town. • Shared Kitchen: Available for preparing snacks, meals, or your fresh catch of the day. Accommodations-- The Guardhouse offers three comfortable guest rooms and a private studio apartment: • Room 1: Double bed with bath across the hall (sleeps 2) • Room 2: Two queen beds with private bath and tub/shower (sleeps 4) • Room 3: Two queen beds, small sitting area, private bath with shower (sleeps 4) • Room 4 Studio Apartment: Available for longer stays (28+ days in summer; 2-night minimum Oct–Feb). Includes a private entrance and kitchenette. All rooms feature Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and flat-screen TV with Firestick for your convenience. A coin-operated laundry is also available on site.
