Located in Bishop’s Cleeve it benefits from all the local amenities and has off road parking for up to 2 cars. Cleeve Hill is only a few minutes drive away where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Cheltenham and the stunning surrounding countryside with access to the Cotswold Way. Cheltenham racecourse is also located nearby. The space Consists of a beautiful, modern and fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Including a range cooker and full height fridge / freezer. The living room has a cosy log burner, TV and Wi-Fi throughout. There is also access to a courtyard garden. Upstairs has a large double bedroom, a second double bedroom with either a single bed which can be made into a kingsize if required. A travel cot can also be provided if requested. There is a newly installed walk in shower in the amply sized bathroom. Guest access Private access to the entire house. Other things to note Access to property via a key box, we live in a neighbouring village and will be available to answer any questions or problems.
