It is on the second floor of the Sea Lion Fine Art Gallery. Each unit is 330 square feet, has a full bath (South unit has a jetted tub), kitchenette and a sleeping space separated by a curtain. The North unit has a queen bed and a "full" size futon the South a queen size bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, hot plates, fridge, coffee maker and counter with sink and cooking utensils. There is a dining area with table and chairs. The view is spectacular and includes full ocean with glaciated mountains and the active volcano "Mt. Augustine".
