Welcome to Ben & Yangzi’s 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Shotover Country, Queenstown! Our modern, open-plan home with natural indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a quiet part of town. Our sunny, comfortable home is the perfect space to explore all this region offers. Whether it's shredding the slopes, jumping out of a plane, or tasting a world-renowned local pinot our house is perfectly situated to enjoy it all. The space Our home has three bedrooms (2 Queen beds and one single) and two bathrooms, each with ample storage. The open-plan living area has a modern, fully-appointed kitchen that flows into the living area and out to the deck. We love plants, and their presence gives the house a very comfortable, peaceful feel. Outside you will find a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture as well as lawns for kids to play on. If you want to take in the beautiful scenery there is also a hill that allows you to get a great vantage point to soak it all in. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house, with the only exception being limited garage access. You will only be able to access the garage to use the washing machine, dryer, and ski rack. While you cannot store your car in the garage, there is off-street parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note - The third room is fitted with a single bed and an office desk. Drive times: 10min: Airport, Frankton shops/restaurants, Arrowtown 15min: Remarkables ski field (base), Coronet peak (base), Gibbston Valley wineries. 20min: CBD (longer or shorter depending on traffic) 30min: Cardrona ski field (base)
