Located in the heart of Acapulco's Golden Zone and on the Costera Miguel Alemán, this exclusive condo was recently remodeled. It possesses a spectacular panoramic view of all of the Bay of Santa Lucia. You will be able to watch beautiful sunsets from its extraordinary balcony. Here you are well located, near the best places for entertainment, recreation and shopping and right across the street of a tennis and golf courts. Its main feature is the exclusivity of its beach. This condo accommodates 8 people in 3 bedrooms (1 room has a Kings size bed, second and third room have bunk beds). Each room has independent bathroom. The condo has a large living-room with Wifi, 70" Smart TV, nice terrace with ocean view, spacious kitchen with all appliances including washer & dryer, A/C in each room and 1 parking space (provided upon request at extra cost). Amenities: There are 2 swimming pools separated only by a strip of patio with chairs and tables. Lounger style chairs are surrounding the pool. Service staff is very attentive to putting up a shade umbrella. 24hrs security and concierge service. There are also 2 wading pools for children. Add-ons: - Cook and Housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee of $30 usd per day. Surcharges, Fees, and Deposits: - Condominium Association Fee - After the 2nd guest there will be a charge of $15 usd per person per day which will be added to the occupancy fee. Children under 3 don't have to pay this fee. - Parking space $15 usd per day - A security deposit of $200 usd is required. - A cleaning fee of $70 usd per reservation will be added to the final balance. This fee will be waived if 'Cook and Housekeeping services' are added. Other things to note Add-ons: - Cook and Housekeeping services available upon request for an extra fee ($20 usd per day).
