Great location, close to several event halls, Benavento, Olimpo, Sauce, Yacarta; for business trips it is located between Flex and Continental; very close to shopping centers such as Punto Sur and Gourmeteria as well as Puerta de Hierro Sur Hospital, restaurants and commercial chains such as Costco, SAMs Club and Oxxos. The atmosphere of tranquility prevails. The space This comfortable apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and an equipped kitchen. It has an exclusive parking space within the subdivision as well as various amenities in the complex such as a swimming pool with bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and loungers, a terrace in a common area with a barbecue and various services in the same complex such as a convenience store, ice cream, cafeteria, etc. As hosts, we will always seek to make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, there are situations beyond our control that are important to discuss below. * Early arrival: All reservations expire at 12 noon and out of respect for all our guests we cannot receive new guests before that time. Please note that we take the cleaning of the apartment very seriously, which is why after 12 noon we start with the cleaning and sanitization of the apartment, change of sheets and quilts, change of towels and preparation in general. It is for that reason that we gladly receive new guests after 3 pm, offering them a sanitized and clean place. *Early check-in: If you need to check in before the arrival time or in the early morning, please contact us in advance and we can discuss it. If the apartment is unoccupied the day before, we can offer you a preferential price for the night before to guarantee your arrival at the time that is most convenient for you, or we can offer you options such as meeting you before in the subdivision so that you can enjoy the pool and/or common areas while we prepare the apartment (subject to availability). *Parking space: The apartment only has one exclusive parking space available inside the complex. If you need an extra space, there are safe places next to the security booth at the entrance to the subdivision (if available, it will be assigned by the security staff).
