The space It is a very large country house in a residential area on the outskirts of Paraná. Although technically it belongs to Colonia Avellaneda, you are 15 minutes from downtown Paraná. It's a very large house with two floors. - Upstairs: Room (a) with double bed, TV (with cable and Netflix), armchair, hot/cold air conditioning, full closing blinds, balcony overlooking the courtyard and desk as a work area /// Private bathroom with antebathroom, shower and bidet, includes chest of drawers for storage. - Downstairs: Room (b) with double bed, closet, full-closing blinds, air conditioning only cold /// Room (c) with triple bunk bed, full-closing blinds, air conditioning only cold /// Bathroom with antebathroom with storage drawer, shower with bathtub, bidet and own sink /// Living room with armchairs, television, stereo with cable for cell phone, air conditioning cold/heat, micro-perforated curtains, heater /// Dining room with table and chairs // Kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and boards. You only need to bring towels. Full bedding, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are included. The area is very quiet. It is two blocks from the road, 5 minutes from downtown Colonia Avellaneda, and the racetrack. The neighborhood has a square one block away and the streets are gravel, so not many cars circulate, nor at high speeds. Guest access The house is independent. It does not share common areas with any neighbors. It has its own patio, pool, quincho and the rest of the house.
