A bright house with good energy. Friendly and pleasant stay. Exclusive use of bedroom and bathroom. Apartment in the downtown area, with green areas around and easy free parking. Lidl and Mercadona 5min away. Madrid bus on the same street. Metrosur station 8 minutes away. Madrid Príncipe Pío 25 minutes by car and 40 minutes by public transportation. 5 minutes from Puerta del Sur Hospital and 12 minutes from the University Hospital. Disconnect and recharge! The space The house has a large living room and a large kitchen with double access. The whole house is very bright. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guest access There is a bathroom for the guest's exclusive use. You can use the kitchen to cook, eat, and store food in the refrigerator. All kitchen utensils are available for your use. During your stay I'm accessible and available for anything. If I'm home personally and if I'm out, I'm usually available through Airbnb chat. I also like to chat with my guests if they wish, I find it very interesting to meet new people.
