Near prairie path The space Our home is nestled in the peaceful Campton Hills area of St. Charles, set on a gentle hill with beautiful views stretching all the way to South Elgin. Surrounded by mature trees on a wooded one-acre lot, it's a nature lover’s retreat—listen to birdsong throughout the day and keep an eye out for deer wandering by. There’s plenty of parking: a spacious area beside the house, plus additional spots near our quiet cul-de-sac. At night, soft lighting along the driveway and around the house makes it easy to find your way and gives the property a welcoming glow. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials—refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, island, and sink. We provide pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, so you can enjoy light cooking if you’d like. Relax with free Wi-Fi on two TV's, or step outside and unwind on our large backyard deck—perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. Nightly rate is based on double occupancy, kids up to 2 children ages 12 and under are free. You’ll love the peaceful retreat of our backyard—a private wooded lot where you can relax on the deck, listen to the birds, and, if you’re lucky, spot a family of deer passing through. Comfortable patio furniture are all available for you to enjoy. We’re conveniently located just 3–5 miles from Randall Road shopping and several grocery stores (Aldi, Jewel, Meijer, Super Target) and Geneva Commons outdoor shopping center. Starbucks is about 5 miles away, Costco about 4 miles, and multiple gas stations and restaurants are close by as well. Downtown St. Charles is only 4 miles away, while downtown Geneva is about 10 miles—both offering fantastic dining, boutique shopping, lively entertainment, scenic parks, and beautiful trails. You can also enjoy fishing or boating on the Fox River nearby. For families and active guests, there are plenty of options close to home: prairie path that runs over 40 miles, multiple sports fields, soccer fields, an indoor soccer dome, and a large gymnastics center. There’s truly something here for all ages to enjoy.
