This luxury apartment is located near Downtown Huntsville, walking distance to Big Spring Park and the Huntsville Museum of Art! Here for work? Huntsville City Center is just a 1 mile drive. On your down time, check out one of Huntsville's local coffee shops or restaurants, then head back to your apartment to relax at the community pool, in front of the fire pit, or in the resident lounge! The space This is a one bed, one bath apartment with a King sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full size washer and dryer in the apartment! We supply all apartments with a one-time starter kit of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and coffee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire one bed, one bath apartment as well as all of the community amenities. We send arrival instructions to your email address along with step-by-step directions to enter the property and get into the apartment. When necessary, we also include property maps and photos to help guests navigate the property. We understand that finding an apartment in a community that you have never been to before can be tricky, so please make sure to read through your instructions and print them out (if possible) before your arrival. A lot of the questions I receive are things already listed on the arrival instructions. After you read them, if there is any confusion or you have any trouble getting into the property once you arrive, please feel free to contact me any time. Other things to note Guests must complete an additional criminal background check prior to checking in. Since I host as part of a company, I am required to submit background check results to the leasing office before guests check in. This cannot be waived.
