Come relax in our quaint, newly remodeled North Park guesthouse located in a quiet neighborhood that is a foody, millenial paradise! 7 minute walk to 30th street and 15 minute walk to University - each with a plethora of trendy coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. Eight min drive to Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo and fifteen minute drive to Coronado beach. Coffee and tea is provided, although you will probably prefer a five minute stroll to Santos Coffee house for a cold brew and breakfast bagel. The space This newly renovated guest house is cozy and perfect for a quick weekend getaway for a couple or small family, or a mid-week business trip for someone looking for a more authentic and peaceful San Diego experience. The guest house does not share walls with, but is adjacent to another guest house. We live onsite at the main front house, so we can easily give you tips about the neighborhood. We have a Ring doorbell looking out to your private outdoor area from the entrance, for your safety. Check in: automatic, door codes will be provided with the reservation. Sleeping Nook off Living Area: Sleeps 2. Bear, queen-sized bed with goose down comforter. Kirkland Signature sheets. Has AC, black out shades and curtains that provide privacy from the main living area. Closet has hangers, a luggage rack, iron and ironing board. You can watch the 55 inch TV from the bed. Kitchen: New lighting and floors, equipped for cooking and eating for 4. Comes with pots and pans, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. A Brita water filter and pitcher are included. The breakfast nook for two is also located here. Living Area: Has a couch that converts to a twin bed. For your entertainment, we have a 55 inch 4K TV with Netflix and HBO, as well as a smartspeaker with Spotify access. Also has two a coffee table on wheels and a nice, comfy reading chair and ottoman. Heat and A/C unit is located in this room. Reading Room: Has two main areas: 1) a work area with desk and work chair to get away from it all and get some work done and 2) a daybed for relaxing or sleeping (wayfair memory foam mattress). Front loading washer/dryer is in closet adjacent to this area. Two tide pods are included. Bathroom: Has a tub with 15 inch step up, new Kohler toilet and sink with mirror/medicine cabinet. Bathroom has heat source in the ceiling. Parking and EV Charging: this unit has dedicated use of the driveway and there is also a Level 2 charging outlet (bring your own charging cable). Patio: Enjoy the SD sunshine with your personal, private patio. Comes with 4 chairs and a table, with a cantilever, crank umbrella. Guest access Guests have access to their own guesthouse, laundry facilities, kitchenette, private patio table and chairs, high-speed wireless internet (mesh WiFi, 4K TV, smartspeaker with Spotify, and more). The guest house is small, but well-equipped. There's a first aid kit, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, Kuerig Coffee maker, and a lot more. Reserved driveway parking and EV charging also come with the unit. If you need anything else just ask us and we'll do our best to get it for you!
