You will find 2 proper bedrooms: "Red" bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 190 + 1 single bed 90 x 190 "Honey" bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 190 1 fully equipped kitchen & TV lounge with bench seating and table Bathroom: bathtub, washing machine & toilet Private ROOFTOP with garden furniture, table, and benches The space The apartment is a mix of old style combined with modern amenities that will make your stay charming. It consists of 2 real separate bedrooms: - The "Red" room with its queen size bed and single bed as well as storage space; - The "Honey" room with its queen size bed and storage space; - An equipped kitchen open to a small TV lounge with its 3 seater sofa and 3 armchairs - Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The terrace (rooftop) is private at the apartment and accessible by a staircase from the courtyard. GOOD TO KNOW: Option to book the entire townhouse (see listing: Townhouse with 3 apartment hotels). Total capacity: 11 guests, 6 beds (5 queen-size double beds and 1 single bed), 3 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 4 half baths, 2 large terraces, and 1 enclosed balcony. The 3 aparthotels in the Residence have access to the POOL HOUSE with the JACUZZI; the option of 1- to 2-hour time slots allows for private use in order to respect everyone's privacy. Choose your ideal temperature: 28 degrees? 30 degrees or 40? Other things to note Come and enjoy a relaxing time in the pool house with its 4-seater JACUZZI, 24 jets and LED light therapy lights, closed off from view, accessible 24 hours a day. GOOD TO KNOW: You will be able to park easily and free on the street as it is an uncrowded cul-de-sac. If you need to refuel, you won't have to look far for the nearby gas station is on the opposite sidewalk. And if you want to wash your car, there's also a laundry station right next door. Waste management: Glass is sorted in separate containers provided by the city. For safety and hygiene reasons, NO glass waste should be deposited in the yard or in one of the 2 YELLOW and PURPLE containers. Thank you for your understanding.
