In 1 townhouse divided into 2 independent apartments 800 m from the train station you will find 2 real bedrooms: "Red" bedroom: 160 bed + single bed "Honey" room: 160 cm bed Fully equipped kitchen & TV lounge Bathroom: bathtub, washing machine & toilet ROOFTOP: garden furniture, 2 tables/ 6 chairs The space The apartment is a mix of old style combined with modern amenities that will make your stay charming. It consists of 2 real separate bedrooms: - The "Red" room with its queen size bed and single bed as well as storage space; - The "Honey" room with its queen size bed and storage space; - An equipped kitchen open to a small TV lounge with its 3 seater sofa and 3 armchairs - Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine. The terrace (rooftop) is private at the apartment and accessible by a staircase from the courtyard. GOOD TO KNOW: Ability to book the whole house (see listing: Maison La Rochette) total capacity: 7 guests, 4 beds (3 queen size double beds and 1 single bed), 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 large terrace, 1 glass balcony and 1 additional garden furniture on the ground floor in the courtyard 4-seater Jacuzzi in its enclosed pool house. Both apartments can take the Jacuzzi option, the choice of time slots from 1 to 2 hours allows private use to preserve the privacy of each. Choose your ideal temperature: 28 degrees? 30 degrees or 40? Other things to note Come and enjoy a moment of relaxation in the pool house with its 4-seater spa, 24 jets and LED light therapy. HOT TUB in its secluded poolhouse, accessible 24 hours a day. The 2 apartments can take the SPA option, the choice of time slots from 1 to 2 hours allows private use in order to preserve the privacy of each. GOOD TO KNOW: You can park easily and for free in the street because it is a little used cul-de-sac. If you need to refuel, you won't have to look far for the nearby gas station is on the opposite sidewalk. And if you want to wash your car, a car wash is also available right next door. Waste management: Glass is sorted in separate containers provided by the city.
