Charming and recently renovated apartment in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Park your car and forget about it - every activity the city has to offer is right outside your front door! Amazing shops, restaurants and bars just steps away in every direction. When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind to a fully stocked and renovated 2br/1ba modern suite with a private courtyard. **Hot tub photos coming soon!** The space No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building - a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, flat screen TVs with cable in every room, etc. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we do provide a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment). We have a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire apartment and private courtyard. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
