The space Welcome to our bright and spacious three-room apartment, located on the first floor of a peaceful private residence. Here you will find all the comfort and space you need for a pleasant stay. - The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe to store your clothes with ease. - The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy single bed, a generous wardrobe, and a convenient office area for your work or study moments. - Both bathrooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with shower cabins, while the main bathroom also offers a luxurious whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate space with a convenient washing machine at your disposal. - The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare your favorite meals, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, toaster, dishwasher, and TV. - The modern and spacious living room boasts a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, which can be transformed into an additional bed if needed. Moreover, you can enjoy a breathtaking mountain view through the large window leading to the terrace, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, sip on coffee, or dine while admiring the spectacular scenery. For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a Stamp Duty (Imposta di Bollo) applies, in accordance with Ministerial Decree dated 17/06/2014. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification documents for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the Public Security Law (T.U.L.P.S.), in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Questura).
