Our rooms have been furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind, with a double bed and a bathroom in each room complete with everything you need for hygiene. In just a few minutes, you can reach Avenida Spagna, Airport, Beach, National Aquarium, Historic Center, Los Tres Ojos, shopping centers, subway and various tourist entertainment, and also the various Embassies, free parking on the street. The space Guests are welcomed by the hosts at the entrance of our property, then they are accompanied up the stairs to the second floor where along a corridor there are the different rooms. There are no other areas to share with other guests, only stairs and corridors. In each room there is a bar trolley with fresh water and with the necessary items for the guest to start the day by preparing tea or coffee to their liking, a kettle for tea and a coffee maker for American-style coffee. The rooms are well served and furnished with the purpose of offering our guests comfort and without a doubt a good rest. Guest access Common area, i.e. stairs and corridor to their rooms. Other things to note Everything that involves the furnishing of the rooms is privately owned and it is absolutely forbidden to take them. e.g. Towels, pillows, sheets, curtains, lamps, etc. However, they can make use of them. If, at the time of check-out, any items inspected upon the arrival of the guests are missing, then said item will be charged to the guest's account and notified to the Airbnb platform.
