The space Our urban loft with a nautical twist offers a stylish open-concept kitchen and living space, complete with a 65” TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in town or at the beach. A hallway behind the kitchen leads to the sleeping quarters, featuring three bedrooms: two with king beds and one with two singles. The split bathroom design includes a powder room and a spacious bath with an oversized shower, double vanity, and in-unit washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. Guest access Access is via a Smartlock with access code given on the day of check-in Other things to note Our neighborhood is hands down the best in town due to having Ferry Park 3 Blocks away (can walk, bike or drive there) with it's tennis courts, ball fields, disc golf, walking/jogging trails, etc and the Bud Day Trail to the park starts behind our lofts and is a walking/jogging path to the park. Behind us has all the commercial conveniences such as Starbucks, Five Guys, Grocery Store, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many local options for sushi, Mexican and Italian restaurants... ALL within walking distance. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away, and it is an easy 5-10 minute ride to the beach! Ask us about your preferred type of beach, and we'll let you know whether it is for serenity, fishing, volleyball, kids or people watching... there is something for everyone. This loft apartment is part of a mixed use complex in a mixed use area that adjoins a neighborhood. There is ample parking in front of the property and on-street parking, and plenty of things to walk or bike to as well. We do have contacts for renting bikes or golf carts if desired. If you are traveling with friends or more family, we also have the adjoining Surf Loft can be booked together for larger groups up to 12 people.
