The space The Beach House sleeps 8 adults plus kids comfortably and can extend to 10 with the option of using the sofa bed. This home was completely remodeled recently with modern updates and ocean vibe decor throughout. Outstanding views of the ocean from large picture windows and patios. Having the coastal trails and Pacific Ocean as your back yard makes for the most unforgettable memories. It will be a very special place for your celebrations, family reunions or roll out your yoga mat and feel the ocean breeze and listen to the ocean waves from your own back yard. * take pleasure in the gorgeous unobstructed panoramic views from first and second floors and patios. * cuddle up with one of the warm and cozy blankets while enjoying s’mores or a cocktail by the fire pit in the backyard. * fully take in the peacefulness, quiet, and safety of this very serene area. Indoor Amenities Bathrooms We provide shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, loofah sponges, bar soap, swabs and facial towelettes and bath fizzies. An ironing board with iron, hair dryers and make-up mirror are available. Kitchen Coffee beans, ground coffee, Keurig pods, sugar, Splenda, creamers, tea and a variety of pantry spices and condiments etc. High end cookware and bakeware with a variety small appliances for your use. Welcome basket Variety of individually wrapped snacks, beverages and a bottle of wine to enjoy on us, perfect after a long ride or flight. Pets Well behaved pets are more than welcome, please max at 2 pets. The back yard is an ample space for running and is fully enclosed. A freshly laundered large doggie bed located in downstairs hall closet, along with a doggie blanket that is yours to take home if used, and a few toys to enjoy while visiting. * There is also a pet pooping station in backyard with poop bags ( supplied) for disposal into labeled can. Kids There is so much to enjoy while visiting Half Moon Bay but we’ve added a few of our own * 2 bike cruisers with safety helmets * boogie boards and sandcastle toys * giant outdoor Jenga, corn hole and badminton paddles * 2 kites with string reels * adult and children books throughout the house * 20 plus board games for indoor play There is a travel crib, a high chair and booster seat available at all times to move about where needed. Outdoor amenities * BBQ pit with side table and tools (propane supplied) * fire pit with starter set of logs * patio heater ( propane supplied) * foot wash station for sandy toes Beachside: * 10 freshly laundered beach towels * beach umbrella with sand anchor * beach mats and carrying bags for ease Guest access No problem with parking, the driveway fits 6 cars easily (4 side by side and 2 more). Garage is temporarily not available. There is street parking available as well. Per the city of Half Moon Bay they ask to not park on Wave Street as it is where the coastal trail starts. Other things to note The entire house is at your disposal with exception of 1 closet in a downstairs bedroom and, temporarily, the garage. We have provided a welcome manual, located on entry table upon entering the house. Feel free to read at your leisure as it provides more info and codes. It also has recommended trails, horseback riding, golf, surfboard/bike rentals, restaurants, wine tasting and distilleries etc. to make the most of your stay should you choose to do so.
