It is surrounded by three bedrooms: a master suite with a king size bed, a children's room with a baby bed and a third bedroom with a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. A large bay window gives access to the south-facing terrace with views of nature. It's ideal for enjoying the sun all day! A green space with garden is also available and brings an even more peaceful spirit to our home. An attached garage allows you to store bicycles, or other equipment. A playground is located 500 m from the house for the children's enjoyment. From our home, you can visit the Chaos du Gouët (5 minutes by car). Different typical villages (Quintin, Moncontour, Pontrieux, Trégastel...) accessible from 15 min, 30 min and 1 hour drive. 20 minutes away by car, you can also visit the Port du Légué, Martin Beach and Les Rosaires Beach in Plérin. But also, Binic, St Quay Portrieux, Pléneuf Val André... Our house allows access to several landscapes within an hour's drive while offering a peaceful welcome on a daily basis.
