Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire property throughout their stay. The maisonette has its own private front door, with no shared access to the property. Violations may incur a charge of up to £500. No pets allowed. Only registered guests may stay at the property. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, including TV volume, to a minimum. Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Check-in/out: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will incur a fee. Keys: Take care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum £100 charge; a £50 call-out fee applies if locked out. Indoor footwear: Please use indoor shoes or slippers if possible.
