The Lodge

Situated close to the River Deben, less than 2 miles from the beautiful riverside town of Woodbridge and 20 mins from the Heritage coast, this is the perfect base for a break, whether you are looking to relax or feeling active and want to walk, cycle or explore nearby Rendlesham forest. It benefits from bedroom, dining area, lounge with sky satellite and the addition of a pool table and access to a lovely croquet lawn! The space The lodge is a self-contained space, consisting of an open plan bedroom, dining area, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The dining table doubles as a high-end slate bed pool table. There is also a dart board, and full Sky Tv including movies and sport. The kitchen is fully functional with sink, fridge, hob and combi oven-microwave so fully self-catered. A partition provides privacy to the bedroom area. You will have access to the lovely front garden which contains a croquet lawn. There is also locked storage attached to the lodge for bikes. Other things to note We are located 1 mile from Sutton Hoo, the famous Saxon burial site. Woodbridge is a thriving riverside town with great restaurants, shopping and bars. Award-winning gastro-pub, the Unruly Pig is a 10 minute walk away. For music lovers, Snape Maltings, world -famous concert hall and the home of Benjamin Britten is a 15 minute drive away, with shopping, art and lifestyle shops. Golfers will have the choice of 4 courses within 10 minutes.
