Bring your family & friends to come stay a night at this centrally located, BRAND NEW home in Longview, TX! You will be convenient to all shopping, dining and hospitals! The yard is big enough for kids and pets to play and enjoy! The space Monterey Azul is nestled in a highly sought after neighborhood in Longview, TX! This neighborhood is known to be safe and very convenient! This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a designated workspace area with high speed internet, a FULLY FENCED back yard, and a 2 car garage! Our mission is to provide you with a luxurious experience in a “home away from home” setting! We have just recently added a brand new fire pit area for you and your family to relax by, as well as patio furniture, gas grill, and corn hole boards! We are located only 7 minutes from Longview’s main hospitals: Good Shepherd Medical Center & Longview Regional Medical Center. We are also located 7 minutes from the Longview Mall, numerous dining restaurants on Loop 281, AND Walmart Super Center! There is hardly any other place as convenient as this one! It is also another short 7 minute trip to hop onto Interstate 20 for fast travels! We have a family friendly space that will prove to be a great option for a stay-cation or retreat while visiting family and friends. We think you will appreciate all the amenities this home offers, and see that we are not your average Airbnb! While noting this, we please ask that you pay attention closely to the rules. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, and animals can have a tendency to dirty the place up for future guests. So while we love them, we ask that they please be kenneled while you are gone and not allowed on ANY furniture! Accidents happen… we are aware! But those accidents require further clean ups and fees, so let’s make it easy on us both and make sure the animals are watched after :) List of toiletry/cleaning/cooking items we provide as convenience for you and to get your stay started: 1. Two rolls of paper towels 2. 6 rolls of toilet paper (3 per bathroom) 3. Vegetable Oil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4. Salt & Pepper 5. 4 Keurig coffee pods 6. 8 half & half creamers 7. 8 French Vanilla creamers 8. 8 Domino sugar packets, 8 Splenda packets, 8 Sweet’N Low packets 9. Caramel & French Vanilla syrup 10. One 10 oz liquid laundry detergent bottle (6 loads) 11. Two dishwasher pods 12. Dishwashing sponge You will have full access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room that are easily accessible! The Primary Bedroom located at the rear of the house has a King sized bed with windows to view the back yard! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with separate sinks in the vanity and a tub/shower combo. The large walk in closet is perfect for hanging clothes and extra things you have packed! There is also a dresser for storing away folded clothes and other items! We have a room set up perfectly for a work area, while also accommodating a bed for little ones, or one extra person! We have a daybed in this room that is twin-sized. The desk is large enough to work without feeling crammed. You will have space to clear your thoughts! There is a computer stand and mat for your mouse. Bonus is a closet in this room as well! The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds and beside tables with lamps. These two rooms have closets as well for hanging clothes. We can comfortably host 7 guests with the accommodations mentioned above. We have smart TVs in the living area and the primary bedroom. These TVs have access to Prime TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We most likely have whichever streaming pleasure you would like, as long as you have the login for it! The two TVs are Prime TVs, so we have our account logged in. We have a lock on the account so that no purchase can be made without a code. We have a security camera doorbell on our property. This is used to monitor activity on those coming in and out of Monterey Azul, as well as protection for the house when there are no guests occupying it. Cameras record 24/7 and are motion activated. Tampering with a security device or home automation is grounds for immediate termination. Finally, please note this information on our services that happen weekly; weather permitting. Our community trash pickup is on Monday. We will come by and pull the trash cans down either Sunday afternoon or Monday before lunch. The lawn care company comes on Tuesdays and will be taking care of the front and back yard. They will not ring the doorbell, but simply access the yard to do their assigned jobs. Our goal is to make sure the property stays in pristine condition, so these weekly services are a must. When we have a holiday or poor weather on a scheduled maintenance day, the contractors will come the next acceptable weather day. We thank you in advance for understanding! Should you need ANYTHING during your stay, please let us know as we live close and will try to accommodate your requests as long as they are within reason! :) Guest access Guests have full access to the house, with the exception of the owners closet that is closed with a deadbolt lock.
