Rates per month is below: - June: $5,990 plus fees - July: $9,999 plus fees - August: $9,999 plus fees - August – Labor Day: $13,999 plus fees - Labor Day – End of September: $3,999 plus fees - Memorial Day – Labor Day: $30,000 plus fees The home's large patio doors open onto the warm sand, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, a gas grill, an outdoor hot and cold shower, and non-motorized water toys ready for you to enjoy. We are pet-friendly here on the beach so bring your furry friend's leash and get ready for some nice, long walks on the beach. This is a 1 bedroom home that has a queen bed, a large sofa and a full bathroom, that sleeps up to 3 people including the sofa. You also have access to the boat or vehicle parking. When you book a getaway with us, you will have WIFI and TV. Many of our homes also come with kayaks to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore. A 5-star restaurant is just across the street and 5 minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. Rental Permit #25-0882 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. (Only 1 dog is allowed, not more than 30lbs) - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
