This two-storey, one-bedroom, two-bath cottage invites you to swim off the dock or relax in the sun. It has a large private patio to enjoy a cocktail and watch the stunning sunset. The unit can accommodate six guests (Guests over two at an additional per-person, per-day charge). The Upstairs Bedroom has two queen beds. Downstairs, a full kitchen, a comfy living/dining area, and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to outdoor dining. The living area has a queen pull-out couch where two guests can sleep. Additionally, you will have a small closet with the convenience of a tucked-away washer and dryer. There are two dressers and plenty of closet space for hanging clothes.Entertainment awaits with a TV equipped with ROKU for seamless streaming. Upstairs Bathroom: Adjacent to the bedroom, discover a petite bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. This private space provides added convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay during your Bermuda retreat. Downstairs Family Area: Kitchen: Feel at home in our well-equipped kitchen, which boasts a full oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and all the dishes necessary to make you feel at home. Additionally, we're happy to loan anything you may need extra to cook with during your stay. Living Dining Area: The inviting living/dining area seamlessly extends from the kitchen. The dining table accommodates 6, leading to a cozy living space with TVs in both the bedroom and living room. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa with a memory foam mattress, that can sleep an additional two guests. Downstairs Bathroom: Conveniently located off the living area, the downstairs bathroom offers a full shower and toilet. It also features a full vanity. Outside Area: Step outside to your private patio, exclusively for the Boathouse. Revel in outdoor dining with a table seating up to 6, two chairs for cocktails, Bermuda sunsets, and unforgettable moments. Lounge on the two sun-drenched recliners, soaking up the warmth and tranquility. Two single kayaks are available to explore along the beautiful coast, adding an exciting dimension to your Bermuda retreat. (Please note that these are shared with the cottage next door.) Your perfect getaway awaits, complete with coastal adventures and home-like comforts! Please note that additional guests over two are at an additional cost per night per person. If looking for additional accommodation, the cottage next door sleeps two, and booking together will enable you to have the entire location to your selves! With ample seating for up to 6 and two inviting loungers, and two additional big chairs for relaxing in; it's the idyllic spot to unwind and immerse yourself in the tranquil Bermuda atmosphere. A fabulous spot to watch amazing sunsets! Shared Spaces: While the dock and beach area are shared with our neighboring Airbnb cottage, rest assured, our outdoor dining patio is exclusively a haven for boathouse guests. A small fence and gate clearly demarcate the boundary, ensuring privacy and a dedicated space just for you. You can savor your meals al fresco without any disturbances. Safety Notes: Swimming off the dock is at your leisure and risk, and we recommend bringing water shoes for added safety. Your well-being is our priority, and we want you to have a worry-free and enjoyable stay. Additionally, we provide the kayaks free of charge. We ask that you respect them and put them and the oars back in their spot on the beach to avoid them being washed off the dock if the wind picks up unexpectedly. No Large Parties on Premises: Considering the serene environment and the comfort of all guests, we would like to ask that there be no large parties on the premises. We encourage a peaceful atmosphere to ensure that everyone enjoys a relaxing stay. Waste Disposal: Trash collection is scheduled for Thursdays. Kindly place your trash in the provided black bin at the top of the driveway. Recycling pickup occurs on Fridays, so please position your recycling at the top of the driveway by the roadside in the blue bags provided. Security Measures: Please lock all doors and windows when you are not around. Your peace of mind is our priority. Feeding the Fish: The fish in the area enjoy leftovers, so feel free to share. However, we kindly request that you only toss over food that you would eat. Our efforts to maintain a tropical environment include keeping critters at bay, so feeding the fish the leftover food you would normally throw in the trash helps. Tropical Environment Tips: We're in a tropical setting, so please don't leave food on the counters to ensure a comfortable stay. This small precaution goes a long way in keeping our surroundings pristine. Energy Conservation Request: As we aim to provide you with the best possible rates and maintain an environmentally conscious approach, we would like your cooperation in conserving energy. Before leaving the cottage, please turn off the lights and set the air conditioning to 22/23 degrees Celsius.
