Our spacious apartment, Glam, has plenty of natural light, ideal for a relaxing stay and moments of leisure, accommodating up to 5 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, well-equipped bathroom and a cosy living room with Smart TV. All around the apartment there is a balcony with outdoor furniture. The flat includes basic amenities providing a comfortable environment throughout your stay. The space Accommodating up to 5 people, this flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds. A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machien and dryer. There is an outdoor balcony surrounding the entire apartment offering outdoor furniture and BBQ utensils. In the center, there is 1 well-equipped, modern and spacious bathroom. The living room includes a Smart TV, sofa-bed, indoor fireplace and fancy dining area. The flat includes crockery, bed linen and towels, providing a comfortable environment throughout your stay. Guest access Located on the fifth floor, the apartment is private, giving total access to the kitchen, balcony, living room and bedrooms to our guests. Other things to note For stays longer than 30 days, a mandatory intermediate cleaning will be scheduled during your stay, including a full change of all bed linens and towels. This service has a fee of 40€ and will be arranged in advance with the guest. For stays longer than 30 days, the energy and electricity consumption limit is 60€ and 60€ respectively. If the limits are exceeded, the costs will be charged to the guests. Please note that during the first few days of your stay, we provide basic amenities: hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, water, kitchen roll, coffee capsules, sponge, detergent, multi-purpose disinfectant, trash bag, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, bucket, mop, and broom.
