The space With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, there's plenty of room for the whole family. Sugar Sandcastle features an open-concept floor plan, high ceilings, and generous natural light all throughout the 3-bedroom corner-unit condo. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, whether you’re planning an adults-only retreat or your little ones just need extra space to unwind. Comfort and rest are prioritized in all sleeping areas, with dedicated sleeping space for up to 8 people. A queen-sized air mattress is also available upon request for groups sleeping 9-10. Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed with sitting area (sleeps 2 total) Bedroom Two: 1 King bed (sleeps 2 total) Bedroom Three: Queen-over-queen bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) Each bedroom offers a full en suite bathroom, with the primary en suite boasting a spacious double vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. En suite bathrooms for bedroom two and bedroom three consist of single vanities and combination shower/bathtubs. Beautifully decorated with a serene color palette, elegantly coastal accents, and chic softgoods, Sugar Sandcastle is the perfect combination of luxury and simplicity. The main living space has a dedicated living room complete with cozy gas fireplace and convenient balcony access, while the kitchen and dining areas offer an oversized island, stunning quartz countertops, a family-sized dining table, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Guest access A mostly-shaded walking trail across 30A connects the Sugar Sandcastle condo to its private deeded beach. Given the short walk, use of cars, golf carts, or bikes is not mandatory. Come and go from the sandy shore with ease! Please note: access to the private deeded beach is restricted to only residents and guests of the condominium. A current, confirmed reservation is required to access the private deeded beach. The condominium features a private pool shared between all residents and guests of the property and an elevator. Uncovered, unreserved parking spots are available in the parking lot on property. Parking is first-come, first- serve. Guests are allowed to park no more than two (2) cars maximum per condo in the property parking lot. Other things to note 4 bikes included with rental during peak season. To access bikes, waivers will have to be e-signed prior to stay before lock code to bikes will be provided. Info. will be shared with guests on how to access bikes prior to arrival. *Please note bikes not offered during non-peak season months of September through February For a fee, La Dolce Vita can deliver beach chairs right to the private beach. Make sure to select 30A South Walton > Heritage Dunes location > Eastern side. Please message us or contact La Dolce Vita for details. All payments are handled by Airbnb. Check in: 4:00 PM Check out: 10:00 AM. Please be aware that these times are strict, and late check-out may result in another day of rental fees. We provide essentials, like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and coffee pods, to get you started! Longer stays may require guests to purchase additional essentials. *4 bikes included during peak season from March-August. Bikes are not included with rental from September-February. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly PROHIBITED, and maximum occupancy rules are enforced. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises. No mail via USPS is allowed to be delivered to guests. We ask deliveries be made using alternative options like Instacart or the UPS Store. All renters must be at least 25 years of age. Any guest under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please keep in mind that minimum stay requirements may be longer during peak times and holidays. The property owners cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries to individuals during their stay. Any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the renters. 2 parking spaces provided; golf carts allowed. No trailers, RVs, or boats may be parked in the property parking lot.
