The space The Bower Guesthouse is fully self-contained accommodation. It has a private entrance, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, two bedrooms, bathroom and large deck with views down the valley. It's situated on two and a half acres of tumbling garden. Bedroom one has a queen bed with electric blanket and high thread count cotton sheets. Bedroom two has a double bed with single bunk above, both with high thread count cotton sheets. The bathroom is brand new with large shower, huge mirror, lots of light for getting ready for a night out, and views into the small orchard. Open plan dining/kitchen/living room has beautiful exposed beams, fire place, three large couches, 60" TV, dining table, large book shelf with adult and kids’ books, kitchen with coffee machine, full sized fridge, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle toaster and pots & pans. Basic condiments and coffee beans provided. Enjoy three different cereals, three types of tea, instant coffee and 1L of full cream cow’s milk or soy. The deck area has table and chairs, large hammock and BBQ. There is a firepit and chairs on the grass near the deck. Feel free to wander around the large garden. The garden is a shared space. High chair, portacot and bouncer available on request. With the National Park just accross the road, hikers, mountain bikers and horse riders will be at great tracks in minutes. Olinda is just a 10min drive away, with cafes/restaurants, boutiques and the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden to wander. The best local pub, the Pig & Whistle, is just 7 minutes away. Guest access Access to the gueshouse is down a set of fairly steep steps. Two cars can fit in guesthouse carparking on the property. Other things to note Please note, the host live in the other end of the house. There is a cat, Salty, that lives in the other end of the house. You might see him sometimes in the outdoor run a few metres from the deck.
