The Pinto Bean Cabin

Welcome to the Pinto Bean Cabin! Why the Pinto Bean? Because it’s small, and located on Pinto Road! This cozy retreat is on a safe and quiet street on the south side of Forest Lakes, where you can truly disconnect from the noise and nonsense of the city. This cute cabin backs up to National Forest Land, offering privacy and forest views. Coconino County Permit# STR-25-0881 Arizona TPT License# 21533345 The space The main cabin includes 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and offers a small sectional and arm chairs, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and games. The kitchen table seats up to 6 and is the perfect size to gather for card games! The bathroom includes a tub and shower. A large picnic table on the porch is perfect for meals or games as well. 
In addition to the main cabin, the Pinto Bean bunkhouse is optionally available upon request at a negotiable cost. It offers two sets of triple bunk beds, as well as a sofa, and provides plenty of room for more guests! Guest access Guests will have access to the main cabin. The adjacent bunkhouse is optionally available upon request, at a negotiable cost. Guests will not have access to the small outbuilding / shed that has a combination padlock. Other things to note NO SMOKERS / VAPERS of any type are allowed. If you or any guests smoke or vape please move along to a different listing. Evidence of smoking / vaping in or around the cabin, or residual smoke smell will be charged a remediation fee for removal. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. Proof of ID will be required before door codes are released. Please avoid damaging the cabin and its furnishings. Should accidental loss or damage occur, we expect you to swiftly reimburse us for repairing or replacing damage caused by your group.
