Red Ginger is located on the popular Northwest side of the island, in very close proximity to the most beautiful beaches. A veranda for dining or relaxing, overlooks the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts, as well as the in-ground pool and expansive lawn and landscaping. The home has been updated with new furnishings and appliances. West Indian teak louvered windows and doors allow for refreshing breezes throughout the house. Two spacious bedrooms are situated on each side of the main living area,.with an open kitchen equipped with new appliances. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king four poster bed. The guest bedroom has an Indonesian wicker queen bed. Beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and Saint Kitts can be seen from large windows in both bedrooms. There is a half bath located just off of the living area. The quiet neighborhood is just minutes from restaurants, beautiful beaches, the sea, and watersports center at Oualie Beach. The house also is also situated so that there is a beautiful view of the Mount Nevis from the kitchen and front of the house. Red Ginger Villa has WIFI, cable TV, and a Bluetooth stereo system. There are seating areas inside the home for enjoying meals, as well as a large teak dining table on the veranda. Lounge chairs are located on the veranda, as well as on the stone surrounding the in ground saltwater pool. Additionally there is a patio set located alongside the pool, where meals or beverages can be served. A gas grill is available for grilling food outside. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. All towels and linens are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Housekeeper, gardening, and pool care is provided on a weekly basis. The property owners can set up airport transfers, water taxi transportation, and car rentals. The property manager or concierge will meet you upon arrival and take you to Red Ginger Villa, where they can acquaint you with the villa. The property is totally fenced, with gate access for guests that stay at the villa. Keys are provided to guests upon arrival by the property manager. Keys are to be either left in the home or given to the property manager upon leaving. Guests are allowed access to all parts of the property, with the exception of an owner’s closet located in the master bedroom. While we are not on the island, we have a property manager/concierge setup to manage Red Ginger Villa and provide services to guests. Upon arrival, the person will meet you and take you to Red Ginger Villa to give a tour to allow you to become acquainted with the property. The property manager/concierge will be available throughout your stay to provide assistance and answer any questions that you may have. We, as the owners, are also available by means of email or phone if you need assistance. A book has been set up at Red Ginger which provide information on the villa, restaurants, shopping, beaches, golf, activities, etc. An IPhone is provided for use on the Nevis and St. Kitts. The property owners can set up transfers to and from Nevis from St. Kitts (if you fly into the St. Kitts Robert L. Bradshaw airport). We can also set up car rentals for you, if desired. Red Ginger Villa is located in desirable Jones Estate, which is in the northwest area of Nevis. The majority of the most beautiful beaches are in close proximity. The villa is located on Springhill Road, which is a private road. Homes have been built on large pieces of property along the road. The location is comprised of 1.2 acres which is totally fenced in. It is very quiet and private. The views from the veranda, living space, and both bedrooms are unobstructed, looking out to the Caribbean Sea and Saint Kitts. From the front of the house and the kitchen, Mount Nevis be seen. It is recommended that guests rent a car when staying at Red Ginger Villa. The island is beautiful and exploring it with a car is the best way to experience the excellent restaurants, activities, historical sites, the people and culture, all of the beaches, etc. There is ample parking within the gated property. The host can arrange for car rental for guests and have the car delivered to the villa in advance to guest arrival. Grocery stores are located 4 to 8 miles away in Charlestown. Red Ginger is within walking distance to several of the beaches. There are taxis and island transportation, if this is preferred.
