Your own private access, parking, private use of a separate bathroom with shower (full water pressure), toilet, a lounge/dining/tv room, a kitchenette with basic facilities. The space A new home, built in 2020, set on a large acreage property with private views of a large dam and a rural outlook. Up a long driveway, lined with newly planted baby trees (you will see protected with small triangular green tree shelters!), you can park right outside your door to access your guest suite, which includes one private large double bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower (full water pressure), toilet, a small lounge/sitting/dining room, a kitchenette with basic facilities including a jug, toaster, small microwave and small fridge. Guest access Your booking includes access to one double bedroom, full and private access to the separate bathroom and toilet in the guest suite, a small separate lounge/TV room/dining with a basic kitchenette. Your room has full reliable fast wifi and USB ports in all rooms. The guest has full use of this space, separated and privately locked off from the main area of the house creating privacy. Other things to note My Airbnb service is part of my home, separated into two separate areas, providing you privacy in your own space. I will do all I can to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. I do not offer kitchen cooking facilities, you do have the private use of a basic kitchenette which includes a small microwave, jug, toaster, small fridge and utensils. No parties, no loud noise, quiet please from 10pm until 7am. Restaurants and cafes in Gympie (about 20 minutes drive) offer variety for dining, or if you are heading north, there are Foodary’s to stop along the Bruce Highway, with the next stop being Maryborough (1 hour drive north of Curra) that have a range of cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
