Gorgeous studio flat in Hebden Bridge!

A gorgeous and simple home perfectly located by Nutclough Woods, a 5 minute drive to Lumb Falls and a 3 minute walk into central Hebden, it really is the perfect spot! Great for single/couple. Calm, friendly neighbourhood. A GREAT spot to be for the summer months with everything you need, close to some of the best countryside and swim spots! Wood/coal stove, comfy sofa bed. Very highly sought after for rentals. It's an open plan studio space, simple but lovely. Easy to heat too. The space It's a lovely studio flat. There is one extra bedroom but it is used for storage of mine and my son's things so it's not included in the listing, but is accessible for the boiler. The shower is great, the bath taps are very very slow, so it's best to run a bath using the shower! :) A great price for the area and a lovely spacious feel. A double bed that converts into a sofa by day. Very comfy. :) There is no tv or WiFi, it's very much a resting space away from technology. Personal hotspot works from iphones though if you need it!
