They will have access to the two gazebos, the pool area, and the fireplace located on the estate where the property is situated. They also have access to the front yard to park their vehicles. They do not interact with our guest. ---------------- Road The road is a narrow winding path that typically runs through rural or remote areas, connecting small communities or farms, so caution is required. It is recommended that you use a vehicle such as an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle), hatchback and pickup truck to reach the property. The road is known as Toño Santiago, always keep to the right, the property will be at the end of the road. Stay on the main road, and do not go down or even up other country roads, just keep to the right on the country road (see special guide for the road). Exterior Gate To enter the property there is a lockbox at the gate, the code will be given on the day your stay begins. Please close the gate at night and on the day of checkout when leaving the property As the property is located on a farm and is a rural community, it is possible to come across agricultural workers. The workers do not interact with guests, so they will be carrying out their duties as part of the maintenance of the farm. Other Features The property has a Traditional Energy System and a Renewable Energy System (Solar Panels) prepared for any energy failures.The property also has potable water and Solar heater system. Solid Waste In the front yard near the parking area, there are 4 trash cans designated for garbage disposal. Each gazebo will also have its own trash cans available. Garbage is not allowed outside of trash cans, and visitors who do not comply with this provision will be charged a fine of $100.
