Bright and spacious apartment

A bright, spacious and beautifully furnished apartment on a private road with off-street parking. We're 5 minutes walk from the Crystal Palace triangle, which has a large supermarket, antique shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Several parks nearby. It's 20 minutes to Norwood Junction, where you can get a 12 minute train to London Bridge. Gypsy Hill train station is a 15 minute walk away (London Victoria and London Bridge). No smoking please. The space The apartment is our home - not an AirBnb business - and so everything, from the furnishings to the appliances to the decor has been chosen with care. It's a relaxing space, with lots of large windows that let in plenty of light, and by London apartment standards it is large - the open plan kitchen/lounge area is some 45 square meters and the bedroom is maybe 12 sqm. We love it - hope you will too! Guest access You will have full access to the first floor of the building - the bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge area. You will not have access to the second floor of the building, which will be locked for the duration of your stay (not inhabited). We have lovely downstairs neighbours underneath us - they're quiet and considerate, if you could be the same (especially when in the dining room very early or late at night as it's above their bedroom) that would be really appreciated.
