You are welcomed in our cozy one-room studio near the center. The place is a perfect choice for couples or solo travellers. It is fully equipped, and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Situated in a residential neighbouhood near the Hero's Square and the Zoo. Shops, supermarket reachable within few minutes walk. The space Our single room studio is on the 4th floor in an apartment-building (there is an elevator). It features a queen sized bed, a dining space with table and chairs, a well equipped open air kitchen, and a nice balcony. The room has access to a balcony with a table and chairs to relax with a coffe or glass of wine outdoor. The studio has one bathroom with a bath-tub and washing machine. There is air-conditioning and heating in the apartment. We are also happy to help with recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing, things to do, etc. - An initial set of bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes.
