Cottage near snowdonia and zip world, pilgrims way

“Minafon” is a charming 200 year old cottage which has been renovated throughout, it is situated near snowdonia mountain range, zip world and on the pilgrims way . Enjoy an evening by the roaring fire after a day exploring the beautiful surrounding area or visit the Lion Pub just a few steps away, listen to the babbling Brook out the window on a lovely summers night or the wind in the trees. This is a special little cottage that you will fall in love with. The space Our country cottage is equipped with 1 x large master bedroom with King Size bed , this is a Mezzanine and is directly above the lounge , we have included a large screen for privacy should it be needed.Bed linen and towels are included. 1 x twin room with 2 single beds, this room is private with a door . The kitchen is equipped with a double oven and induction hob, a microwave,a fridge with a small freezer in the top however there is a chest freezer in the shed . The living room has a wood burning stove.The smart tv has logins set up for Netflix, Amazon prime, now Tv and Itv hub etc. There is a shed where cycles can be stored and the BBQ is kept in there for your use.The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and available to all guests. As this is a 200 year old cottage, some of the original proportions are reflected in the bathroom.The shower is compact but fully functional. Guest access The cottage is easy to find, Minafon cottage is part of 4 terraced cottages. There is no direct parking outside the cottage however there is spaces available at the community centre which is situated 100 metres from the cottage. Other things to note Please note there are no local shops in the village, however there is a Tesco amd Asda that deliver to the cottage. The nearest shop is 20 minutes away within the town of Llanrwst which offers a supermarket, takeaways, cafe, pub, laundrette and even a swimming pool. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs and throws are provided to cover the sofa to allow our fury friends to cuddle up . We ask that Dogs are kept downstairs and there is a wooden folding safety gate that can be used. Please note, the garden is semi secure for your fury friends, as the cottage has an access path that our neighbours use. The wooden folding safety gate can also be used to stop dogs going onto neighbouring gardens.
