Cottage near snowdonia and zip world, pilgrims way

“Minafon” is a charming 200 year old cottage which has been renovated throughout, it is situated near snowdonia mountain range, zip world and on the pilgrims way . Enjoy an evening by the roaring fire after a day exploring the beautiful surrounding area or visit the Lion Pub just a few steps away, listen to the babbling Brook out the window on a lovely summers night or the wind in the trees. This is a special little cottage that you will fall in love with. The space Our country cottage is equipped with 1 x large master bedroom with King Size bed , this is a Mezzanine and is directly above the lounge , we have included a large screen for privacy should it be needed. 1 x twin room with 2 single beds, this room is private with a door .There is modern kitchen, wifi and smart tv, wood burning stove, off-road parking, cycles can be stored in the shed, bed linen & towels , BBQ, chest freezer and second fridge/freezer in shed, Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave. The Smart TV has log-in’s set up to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Now TV , ITV Hub, etc. Pls note . Pls keep access free as our lovely neighbours need access to their wood shed. We have access to an app that controls the heating and we will ensure it is warm upon arrival , you are also able to control it at the mains . There is a switch under the sink cupboard that heats the water for the sink . There is a switch outside the bathroom for the shower. Guest access The cottage is easy to find with parking There is a spacious garden with lovely views over the hillside. Please note there are no local shops in the village, but there is a Tesco and Asda that delivery to the property . Nearest small shop is 10 minutes away with the local town of Llanwryst offering a supermarket , take aways , cafes, and pubs and even a swimming pool .. Other things to note 1 well behaved dog welcome Covers provided to cover furniture to allow our furry friends to cuddle up . Pls note- the garden is semi secure for your fury friends, as the cottage has an access path we normally use the wooden stair gate to cover as a gate to stop our dogs going on our neighbours gardens. The wooden folding safety gate can also be used at the bottom of the stairs to prevent dogs or children gaining access to upstairs, we would ask that dogs are kept downstairs please.
