Built in 2017, the apartment is new, exceptionally clean and in a very safe and quiet location. Short walk to the Museum of Nature & Science, Zoo, Lakes, and the East Colfax strip. Colfax Ave/CO BLVD has cafes, retro-style bars, shopping, every type of cuisine you can ask for and the Bluebird Theater concert venue. Full equipped kitchen w/ an outdoor grill! The space This is an upper level detached unit from the main house. I live across the patio area, but there is full privacy, peace and quiet! I am hoping you'll enjoy City Park and this is brand new, extremely clean airbnb with a Queen bed. You are welcome to request an additional air mattress if needed, by request only. There is an additional charge for more than 2+ adult guests in the airbnb. Early/late check might be available for an additional $15 per hour. Other things to note Feel free to ask about early check in or dropping your luggage off if you arrive early. PARKING- street parking outside the house is free on weekends, and 2 hour parking on weekdays. You just need to move your vehicle 20 feet to avoid potential ticketing although parking authority only comes by around lunch once a day.
