The space THIS ROOM IS AT DOWNSTAIRS OF THE HOUSE AND BY THE KITCHEN -Comfortable TWIN size bed -Nice quality furniture like night stands, a desk w/chair, a dresser w/mirror etc. - Shared a half bath (DOWNSTAIRS) - Shared full bathroom w/shower (UPSTAIRS) Guest access Guest have access to all common areas of house - will be sharing with other Airbnb guests. -- Free Super Fast Internet -- Cabinets, Pantry and Fridge Storage space are signed and labeled for each room/guest -- Free driveway and street parking -- Free full washer and dryer room (upstairs) access -- Kitchen access -- Patio in back yard to relax at end of long day! During your stay If you are in need of something or have any questions during your stay we can be reached any time. Other things to note Your room is the one of rooms in the house. You will be sharing the common areas like the kitchen, dining, and laundry room with other guests. In order to ensure positive experiences with other guests, here are our home rules we ask you to follow during your stay. Joy & Andrew's HOUSE RULES** ** NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE INSIDE OR IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE.        - This includes tobacco products and marijuana/weed (medicinal or not). > To keep our prices competitive, there are no toiletries provided. Please be sure to bring your own or purchase at a nearby store.  > For your health and to keep the house clean, please bring and ware your own indoor footwear (Ex. Slippers)    > Any food, snacks or drinks please be eaten at the dining area > KITCHEN:            - Simple meals or light cooking (no smelly or heavy deep-fried cooking)           -Clean the stove top, wash your dishes and pots right away - no any dirty dishes in the sink.            -Take out the trash or recycle when it is full to the outside trash bin. New trash bags are under the kitchen sink.           > BATHROOM:            - Wipe up spills or excess water from the counter, toilet or floor.           - Take out the bathroom trash if it is full, to the outside trash bin.   > QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM            - No laundry, loud speaking, or smelly/loud cooking during the Quiet Time.   > LAUNDRY:            - Remove clothes right away after wash & dry, so others can do their laundry.           - Clean the lint trap from the dryer after each use (will dry faster). > YOUR ROOM KEY:*            - Keep the key with you all times during your stay. - Leaving the key on the desk when you check out. *If you lost your room key or locked it in the room - Lock the key in the room: $50.00 trip fee to unlock your door. - Loose the key: $50.00 trip fee to unlock your door; $10 for a new key. > VISITORS: if you have any visitors please ask them to leave during quiet hours. > Take care of the furnishings, walls & floor etc. otherwise you have to pay for damages . > **The pool is belong to the owner and it is not common area for any guests use unless you get the owner's approval AND sign the "Pool Liability Waiver" (free).
