Hello everyone, Our newly renovated and furnished old building apartment from 2023 is located in a quiet residential neighborhood directly on the Baltic Sea. Our "Ostseeloft" is open-plan and stretches over part of the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. The light-flooded apartment is suitable for up to two people. The sleeping area can be reached via a staircase from the living and dining area. The southwest-facing balcony invites you to sunbathe and relax. The space Our "Baltic Sea Loft" has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment is suitable for up to two people. In the sleeping area, a 1.4 x 2.0 m bed awaits you. In addition, there is a sofa bed of 1.4 x 2.0 m in the living area. The bathroom is separated by a door from the dining area and has enough space. The cleaning fee includes bed linens, towels and tourist tax. Guest access The separate apartment entrance can be reached via an external staircase. Due to the stairs, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities. Other things to note The beach "Ostseebad" is only 500 m from our apartment. There is also a very good connection to public transport. The city center of Flensburg can be reached by bike in just a few minutes. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance of the apartment.
